認(rèn)真 、負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度贏得客戶(hù)的認(rèn)可
12月的深圳已經(jīng)不再是烈日炎炎，空氣中透著一絲絲涼爽。 倒數(shù)著即將到來(lái)的預(yù)產(chǎn)期，思緒又回到了幾個(gè)月前……
8月底，公司和深圳鵬城冠業(yè)電氣的周總達(dá)成了另一個(gè)項(xiàng)目（深圳體育博覽會(huì)立項(xiàng)）的合作，已屬二度牽手，從前期的談判到簽約我也全程參與，雖然項(xiàng)目很小，可能在很多人眼里微不足道，但是我內(nèi)心還是激動(dòng)的，理所當(dāng)然的我成了該項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，開(kāi)始了我人生第一次的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的角色。
整個(gè)歷經(jīng)3月，有了朱總、李總、何總的指導(dǎo)，市調(diào)部、品牌部、設(shè)計(jì)部的全力協(xié)作下、項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)接近尾聲，整個(gè)過(guò)程不斷地與周總進(jìn)行溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，雖然過(guò)程是曲折的，整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度因?yàn)閲?guó)家政策的調(diào)整，項(xiàng)目站線也比原計(jì)劃拉長(zhǎng)了一點(diǎn)，但是最后客戶(hù)對(duì)我們的各項(xiàng)出品是滿意的，還說(shuō)項(xiàng)目一旦立項(xiàng)，后期一切策劃都由采納來(lái)做。
12月3日是公司的一年一度的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)年會(huì)，我邀請(qǐng)了周總參加，他也應(yīng)允，和他微信確認(rèn)各項(xiàng)事宜中，他提了一些小小的要求，我都說(shuō)盡力幫您辦，周總最后發(fā)來(lái)一句簡(jiǎn)短的話讓我很是感動(dòng)，原話是：“你辦事，我放心”，那一刻，我是興奮的。
我第一次做項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理就順利的完成了項(xiàng)目，并且得到客戶(hù)的認(rèn)可，也是出乎自己預(yù)料的，回想整個(gè)過(guò)程，我一直保持著認(rèn)真、負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度在與客戶(hù)溝通，整個(gè)項(xiàng)目組也是保持著這樣的心態(tài)在為客戶(hù)服務(wù)，最后贏得了客戶(hù)的認(rèn)可。
